Mojito Cocktail
Overview
Summer is here, and I seldom drink alcohol, but mojito tastes really good and refreshing, but cocktails are best at deceiving. Although the alcohol concentration is not high, drinking one glass will make your face flush. Mojito was born in Cuba in 1910. When the American writer Ernest Hemingway lived in Havana, the capital of Cuba, he often said: My Daiquiri is at La Floridita (a famous bar in Havana), and my Mojito is at Bodeguita (a famous bar in Havana). It shows his love for these two cocktails.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Wash the mint, soak it in water for a while, remove the tender tips, and mix the remaining part with white sugar. You can mash it to get a better flavor, but it doesn’t look good. The more mint it is, the better it tastes
-
Put the mint and sugar into the cup, cut off the lime wedges, squeeze out the juice, and put the lime wedges into the cup as well
-
Pour in the rum. It was too strong so I used 25ml. Generally, 45ml can be used
-
Then pour soda water
-
Add an appropriate amount of ice cubes, you can add crushed ice before adding rum, and finally decorate with mint tips
