Golden Fried Rice with Zongzi and Chicken Legs
Overview
Eat rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival, eat rice dumplings in another way, combine red bean rice dumplings with chicken legs, the taste is super good. Golden fried rice has an attractive color and a special taste. It is blended with egg yolk and rice and added with the fragrance of pine nuts and the special fragrance of basil leaves, making the rice more fragrant and delicious.

Wash chicken legs

Use a knife to remove the bones from the chicken bones and cut them off, leaving about 1 inch of bones

Prepare egg yolks, black peppercorns, pine nuts, basil leaves and New Orleans compound seasoning
