Wild Mountain Grape Yogurt Shake
Overview
The nutritional value of wild mountain grapes is very high, there are so many that I can’t count them. My favorite one is that they can prevent Alzheimer’s disease (Alzheimer’s disease). I always feel like I have a bad memory when I cough, so try to prevent it haha!

Wild mountain grapes look a little wilted, but they taste better this way. They are sour and sweet and seem to be almost turning into raisins

Pick the grapes into small pieces and wash them thoroughly

Put the washed grapes and yogurt into a container

Just run the food processor at low speed for two minutes, and you can stop it twice in between

Pack it up and put it in the refrigerator. It tastes better when refrigerated
