Ingredients: Rice (washed).

Spare ribs (washed and blanched).

Loofah.

Peel the loofah, wash it and take it out.

Place on the chopping board and cut into hob pieces, set aside.

Put the ribs into the pressure cooker, pour in an appropriate amount of water, add some cooking wine and bring to a boil.

Then, add the rice and bring to a boil.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Then, simmer until there is no air, then open the lid, add the cut loofah and bring to a boil.
