Overview
Every time we buy Chinese cabbage, we always don’t like to eat the cabbage head, and the fried tofu is too oily, so the sweetness of the cabbage head is used to dissolve the oil of the fried tofu. The two complement each other and feel pretty good

Wash and shred the oily bean curd. I bought big oily tofu

Wash the cabbage, take the cabbage head and shred it

Mince garlic and ginger, cut green onion into sections and set aside.

Put oil in a pot over low heat and sauté minced ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until soft, add the fried beans, add an appropriate amount of water, add green onions and cook over medium heat for two minutes until the beans become soft.

Add salt, chicken powder and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add green onion leaves and a little chili and stir-fry evenly before serving.
