Cut fat and lean meat into cubes separately

Cut the beans and set aside

Pour a small amount of rapeseed oil into the pot

Put the fat into the pot and boil it until the oil comes out

Then put the lean meat into the pan and stir-fry it, then take it out and set aside

Pour in the beans and stir-fry until the skin of the beans becomes wrinkled

Dilute the bean paste and set aside

Pour into the pot and stir-fry
