Doctor's dish
Overview
In our hometown, this dish is called doctor’s dish! Why? Because in the past, most of those who went to college or got doctorates were from poor families and could only eat prunes with rice every day, so people called it doctor's dish. But they didn’t eat so much meat before! hey-hey!
