Potato rub
Overview
There is a local TV program called "Food Zibo" which is very attractive. It not only introduces delicacies and snacks from various parts of Shandong, but also various delicacies from other provinces. This potato tsacha is one of them. Yam zacha, as the name suggests, is made from potatoes, and is grated into slightly thicker strands with a grater, then mixed with dry flour so that each strand is evenly coated with a layer of coating, and then steamed in a drawer.
