Grape Tremella Juice
Overview
The seedless grapes grown in my family’s courtyard were harvested for the first time. These grapes are very sweet and do not have a single seed. They do not use any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They only look a little bad in appearance, but they are absolutely reassuring to eat. Tremella fungus does not need to be cooked, it can be drunk directly as a juice. I saw a TV commercial promoting it. Unfortunately, I dared not add ice to it because I was afraid that my food processor could not withstand the operation. Although the squeezed juice is a bit rough, it tastes great.
