When I was a kid, I loved eating sugar triangles the most. Brown sugar is delicious and healthy.

Mix the dry yeast with warm boiled water, pour it into the high-gluten flour, and mix well.

Mix brown sugar and plain flour and set aside.

The basin for baking dough should be placed in a warm and ventilated place, usually on the computer case. You can also put it under the basin with warm water, or microwave it. Take it out when it has doubled in size.

Add dry flour to the risen dough and mix well until it is smoother and the air bubbles are squeezed out.

Divide into several equal parts

Roll the dough into a round shape and use a rolling pin to roll it into discs.

Add filling.

To form a triangle, use both index fingers and thumbs of both hands to form a heart shape.

Pour water into the steamer, and when the water boils, put the sugar triangles in the drawer for secondary fermentation. Steam for ten minutes on high heat, and two or three minutes on low heat.
