I’m used to eating egg tarts, so let’s change the taste today! Chinese dumpling wrappers, add beautiful purple sweet potatoes, and bake them! It's quite different. The dumpling skins can be brushed with oil before baking, or not. The ones brushed with oil are crispier.

Prepare ingredients.

Peel purple sweet potato, slice into slices and steam.

Place the dumpling skin in the tart mold and brush it with some oil

Press the steamed purple sweet potato into a puree

Add appropriate amount of sugar and mix well

Put it into a piping bag. If the purple sweet potato is too dry, add some milk.

Pour onto the dumpling wrappers and sprinkle with some coconut and decorative sugar.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes, until the dumpling skin turns yellow. The time is for reference only, it depends on your own oven.
