Fried sesame leaves
Overview
There is no need to knead or roll the dough, and you can easily make this snack without touching your hands with flour. There are many ways to eat wonton skin.

I bought wonton skin.

Take two sheets and overlap them (you can also use two overlapped sheets to fry the hemp leaves with more layers).

Make a slash in the middle.

Cross it backwards from the middle as shown in the picture.

Do it in sequence.

Heat sunflower oil in a small pot until it is 60% hot, add sesame leaves and fry.

Stir gently with chopsticks.

Fry until golden and crispy.

Take it out and drain the oil.

Place on a plate (preferably lined with absorbent paper).
