For one eggplant, half a head of garlic is enough, and for three fresh mushrooms, chop them separately and set aside.

You can cut the eggplant horizontally or vertically^_^, and then make a few deep cuts on it! Add three tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, appropriate amounts of salt and MSG to the garlic and shiitake mushrooms, and mix well.
