Wash and drain strawberries

Put two-thirds of it into a blender and blend into strawberry juice

Cut one-third of the strawberries into cubes

Pour strawberry juice and diced strawberries into the cooking pot

Add a spoonful of rock sugar and an appropriate amount of maltose

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning
