Steamed pork with pickled vegetables for easy cooking
Overview
An authentic meal that doesn’t require adding any seasonings, using a wok, using any techniques, or watching the heat! I used to love eating this kind of food in school. You can use a small bowl to steam it into various delicate shapes. You don’t have to use dried pickles like pickles or sun-dried green vegetables. You can use this method to make them (^_^)

-
Soak the dried plums for about a week in advance, rinse and wash the pork
-
Chop the pickles and pork together into minced meat... If you have a blender, you can use a machine because it’s really hard to chop by hand 😂😂😂
-
Put it in the rice cooker and the rice is almost cooked. When the vegetables are cooked, the vegetables are also steamed! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼It’s so fast! ! If you don’t want to cook the rice, you can also boil the water and steam it for 15 minutes

Once the finished product is out of the pan, you can sprinkle some green onions on it. It’s so steaming hot that I couldn’t even take a photo. It’s so delicious! 😍😍😍

The finished product goes very well with rice. The pickles absorb the gravy and fat without being greasy. It’s really fragrant and simple. It can also be used to eat noodles! The soup is very delicious💪🏻💪🏻

The water vapor of the finished product has dissipated and this is the normal color tone☺️
