Grape Cookies
Overview
I received a box of pre-mixed flour, which includes cookies, muffins, and chiffon cakes. I used the original cookie pre-mixed flour to make some biscuits today!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Butter softened at room temperature
-
Use a whisk to beat until fluffy, because there is already sugar in the premixed powder. If it is not premixed powder, you can add powdered sugar and beat together
-
Add the beaten whole egg liquid several times and beat with a whisk until all the egg liquid is evenly absorbed
-
Add premixed powder and mix well
-
Knead into dough
-
Take three small pieces of original-colored dough and knead in dried cranberry powder to form a purple dough (large), knead in matcha powder to form a green dough (medium), and knead cocoa powder to form a brown dough (small). Place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
-
Take out the chilled dough sheets. Place a piece of oil paper under the dough sheet, cover it with plastic wrap, and roll it into an oval sheet. In fact, it is best to cut it into a rectangular shape. I am lazy
-
Shape the purple-red dough into grape fruit shapes of different sizes
-
Roll out the green dough into thin sheets and use a mold to press out the shape of leaves
-
Place the grape seeds and leaves on the main body of the cookie
-
After assembly, use a knife to cut off the connecting parts of each biscuit, and separate each biscuit a little distance
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put it into the middle rack of the oven, 160 degrees, for 15 minutes. For the three pieces with more grapes, I baked them for 5 minutes longer (covered with tin foil for the last two minutes to prevent coloring)
