Burnt Chicken Wing Root
Overview
I was supposed to bake the chicken wings, but I didn’t have an oven at home, so I fried them instead. But it tastes just as delicious, and the process is hassle-free and simple.

Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the cleaned wing roots

Chop green onions and slice ginger

Skim off the foam in the pot, add chopped green onion and ginger, cover the pot and cook for about fifteen minutes

After the cooked wings are warmed, add barbecue seasoning

Mix the barbecue seasonings and marinate for an hour, longer is better

Add some cooking oil to the marinated wing roots and leave for another ten minutes

Heat oil in a pan

Add the marinated wing roots and stir-fry a few times quickly, being careful not to break it

When the surface of the wing base becomes golden, it is ready to be taken out of the pot.
