-
Pour the glutinous rice flour and white sugar into a basin. The sugar can be as sweet as you like.
-
First add some milk and stir slightly with chopsticks, then add the dried blueberries.
-
Add the remaining milk little by little and knead with your hands to form a slightly stiffer dough.
-
Find a container, the small toast box I used, a lunch box or a deeper plate with a small amount of oil on the inside. Put the noodles in and sprinkle a few dried blueberries on top.
-
Put in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and steam for 20 minutes.
-
After steaming, it is very easy to remove from the mold after cooling slightly.
-
Cut into pieces and ready to eat.
