Steps
-
Make orange slices according to material A: cut small oranges into about 7mm thick orange slices, put sugar and water in a small pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat, cover the pot, and simmer for about 60-90 minutes until a little juice is left. Be careful not to let it dry out.
-
Prepare all the ingredients in B, mix the flour and baking powder evenly.
-
Beat the eggs.
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature. In winter, when it is cold, you can use a hair dryer to soften it quickly.
-
After softening, add powdered sugar and stir until the butter is fine and white.
-
Add half of the egg liquid in batches, stirring evenly each time, then add almond flour, stirring evenly, then add the remaining egg liquid, also adding it in batches.
-
Finally, sift in the flour and baking powder mixture and stir evenly.
-
Prepare the mold, an 8-inch mold, cut the parchment paper, apply some salad oil on the mold and stick the parchment paper on it.
-
Pour a thin layer of batter, then put a layer of orange slices, then pour another layer of batter, put a layer of orange slices, then put another layer of batter, and put orange slices on the surface.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (the internal thermometer tests the temperature to 150 degrees), put it in the middle and lower racks of the oven for 90 minutes. Mine is a Changdi 25B oven, and it colors quickly. I covered it with tin foil from the moment it entered the oven, and put a layer of tin foil below. In the last 30 minutes, I took the tin foil on top to color it. After it came out of the oven, I applied orange wine juice while it was still hot. Apply it layer by layer. You have to be patient. It absorbs quickly at the beginning and slowly in the later stage. You must add it all.

After cooling, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Take it out to taste the beauty the next day
