Wash the rice, soak it for a while and cook it.

After the rice is done, let it cool, take out some and mix with light soy sauce.

Take out more than double the amount and mix in the apple cider vinegar.

Take a piece of seaweed and cut it into two parts.

Spread the rice mixed with light soy sauce on the seaweed.

Place sausage on one end.

Roll it up well.

Take a whole sheet of seaweed and spread the white rice mixed with apple cider vinegar on top.

Place the previously rolled light soy rice rolls on top, aside.

Roll well.

Dip a knife in water and cut into pieces of sushi. Cut and dip once.

Use the remaining half of the seaweed to cut out the bear's ears, eyes, nose and mouth.
