Cut the lotus root into pieces and add washed peanuts

Blanch the pork ribs with some cooking wine and put them into the pressure cooker

Pour water to the water line of the pressure cooker and add three cloves of green onion, ginger and garlic

Cook over high heat for 20 minutes. After the steam is drained out, take out a piece of lotus root and check if it is soft. Add 3 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of chicken essence.
