Raw chocolate
Overview
The melt-in-your-mouth raw chocolate, coupled with the slightly bitter cocoa powder, has rich layers and the taste cannot be better.

Add milk chocolate and pure dark chocolate together into a mixing bowl and set aside.

Add honey (or maltose) to the whipped cream and set aside.

Melt the chocolate slightly over water, but don't melt it completely.

Boil the whipping cream. The pot I used is small and the induction cooker cannot heat it, so I had to heat it over water

Add the heated whipping cream to the chocolate, then add the butter and stir evenly.

Place a piece of oil paper in a square lunch box, pour the chocolate sauce into the lunch box and spread it out, then put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours.

Cut the refrigerated chocolate into cubes and sprinkle with pure cocoa powder before serving.
