Cloud cheese toast

I used the leftover egg whites from baking egg tarts this morning to make cloud bread, which is super simple and looks great

Steps

1. 1 Add 30 grams of white sugar to egg whites and beat with a whisk for about ten minutes. It will turn into a buttery bread. I used the bread machine to make the slices yesterday. Put a cheese slice on top and some meatballs (if there are no meatballs, you can use sausage or something instead). Feel free to add any ingredients you like

3. 3 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for five minutes and the middle rack for five minutes
