Crush the sago with a food processor. You do not need to grind it into fine powder, just small particles

Add boiling water, mix into a slightly moist dough, then cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes to allow the dough to fully absorb the water

Shape the bean paste filling into a long shape and set aside

Use a rolling pin to roll the sago dough into long strips

Put the bean paste filling on the sago wrapper and roll it into a long roll

Cut it into 4 sections with a knife, put it into a rice cooker with hot water, steam it until the rice cooker is in the keep-warm mode, and then you can eat it.
