Overview

A small bowl of Manji's poplar nectar costs more than 20 yuan. It only costs 25 yuan to buy all the ingredients, which can make five bowls.

1. 1 Peel the grapefruit and break it into pieces

   

2. 2 Two mangoes, peeled and cut into cubes

   

3. 3 Grapefruit pulp

   

4. 4 Cut half of the mango into small cubes

   

5. 5 Boil the sago in a pot with clean water, turn to low heat and simmer for five minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for fifteen minutes. Wait until everything becomes transparent.

   

6. 6 Put the other half of the mango in a blender, add ice water and honey, and blend into a mango pulp.

   

7. 7 Put sago, coconut milk, diced mango, grapefruit and mango juice into a bowl, mix well and put it in the refrigerator. If you don’t like to eat frozen food, you can eat it warm.

   

8. 8 It tastes delicious. If you don’t like sweets, you don’t need to add honey.
