Stir-fried fried dough sticks with beef and nan
Overview
The purchased beef nan is cooked in advance in the electric pressure cooker by pressing the meat button, sliced, and set aside. It can be stored frozen and can be used to cook noodles or stir-fry vegetables very quickly. I also make the fried dough sticks myself and put them in the refrigerator to freeze.
