  1. Prepare the ingredients and add or remove them according to your personal taste.

  2. Wash and pick the rapeseed, cut the bacon and set aside.

  3. Put the potato flour in a pot of boiling water and simmer for a while.

  4. Heat the oil and stir-fry the bacon slightly, add the rapeseed, and stir-fry until cooked for 7 minutes.

  5. Add the blanched potato powder, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG to taste. Stir well and serve.
