Overview

I ate a lot of mango sticky rice in Chiang Mai, including at the Sunday market, in restaurants, and at the popular mango dessert shop MangoTango. When I came back, I recalled that the taste was restored and it was a great success. All my friends who went with me said this is the smell!

  1. Soak Thai sticky rice for 2 hours, stir with half coconut paste, half water, a little salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar, then cook the rice in a normal rice cooker (2 cans of rice);

  2. Dip a spoon into lard and roll the cooked glutinous rice into a ball. Sprinkle with fried mung beans. The fried mung beans are very important. Without it, it would not be authentic mango rice
