This grilled cheese bacon potato can be used as a staple food or as a side dish. Bacon and black peppercorns are added to enhance the flavor. Some rosemary and cheese powder are added on top to enhance the flavor. Eat it in big bites after roasting. It is great to eat while hot. There is a layer of crispy skin on the outside and a soft and glutinous texture on the inside.

Wash the potatoes and prepare the bacon

Peel the potatoes and cut them into even pieces, and cut the bacon into fine pieces

Prepare cheese powder, black peppercorns and rosemary
