Cherry wine pudding
Overview
The trial of Tianbao cherries provided by Suning.com, with three kilograms of cherries, made me consider doing some interesting topics. An unintentional creation, a large piece of fiery red pudding filled with generous amounts of Tempo cherries. High-strength vodka, flavored with sugar and lemon juice. I personally think both the finished product and the taste are great.

Materials are ready.

Remove the stems from the cherries, cut them in half with a knife, and remove the pits.

Soak the gelatin sheets in more cold water until soft.

Pour vodka and lemon juice into the pot, add sugar and bring to a simmer.

Add the drained gelatin sheets.

Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.

Pour 5mm deep wine-flavored gelatin liquid into the mold.

Arrange the cherries neatly and place in the refrigerator to cool and solidify.

After the first layer is solidified, add another layer of cherries and refrigerate to solidify. Repeat this step until the mold is filled. Add some whole cherries and mint leaves to the remaining gelatin liquid and put it in the refrigerator.

Put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or more, take it out, use a knife to take out the jelly and cut it into pieces.
