Fresh green papaya.

Peel, wash and cut into sections as you like.

Sun exposure turns into dried papaya.

Chop the chili, garlic and ginger. I forgot to take a photo of the ginger.

Soak dried papaya shreds in hot water for 5 minutes, pick them up and dry them out.

Pour all the ingredients together and mix well. Eat after an hour.

The mixed shredded papaya was so delicious. I couldn't wait for half an hour before enjoying it. It was crunchy, fragrant and especially refreshing. .
