Spicy tiger egg skewers
Overview
Snacks for entertaining guests! At noon, my son brought his aunt's sister home, and I was not prepared at all. When my son saw my braised five-spice quail eggs, he said he might as well make the barbecue eggs from last time. My sister hasn’t eaten them yet. When I was peeling the eggshells, I suddenly had the idea of making egg skewers. The two children were very active in helping me peel the eggs and skewer them. They stayed by the pot to watch me finish it. Finally, my son showed his master's style and let his sister eat three skewers. He ate two skewers. The look on his face showed that he really couldn't get enough of it!
