Cut the mango with a knife horizontally and vertically and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

Reserve half of the mango cubes for later use.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add sago, cook over medium-low heat until sago is translucent, turn off heat, and simmer until almost completely transparent.

Rinse 2 to 3 times with cold boiled water and drain.

Add the remaining half of the mango cubes to the coconut milk, put it into a juicer and blend well.

Take a small bowl and pour appropriate amount of coconut milk and mango juice.
