First wrap the sweet potatoes in tin foil and bake them in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.

This cheese is called, Double Cream Brie! Has a thick, buttery texture. Typically served as an appetizer for dinner or as a snack at a reception, it's like small crackers sandwiched with cheese and some fresh fruit!

I also added a spoonful of cream cheese because my sweet potatoes had already cooled, so after mixing, you can see that the cheese is still hidden in pieces inside the sweet potatoes. I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds! Sprinkle with fragrant black pepper! Done!
