Homemade Fennel Beans
Overview
There are no fresh broad beans for sale in our local area. Whenever I see people on the Internet frying fresh broad beans, I always salivate in my stomach. There were dried broad beans in the supermarket. I bought them home and kept them for a long time. I finally made up my mind to get rid of them this weekend. I have never tasted authentic fennel beans, so I can only follow the picture and the name. With the addition of fennel, this is what I call fennel beans.
