  1. Green-skinned peaches (green peaches are less likely to rot when steamed, and bagged peaches are best when they have just been unpacked)

  2. Peel, remove peach core, and cut into quarters

  3. Sprinkle in white sugar and marinate for half an hour

  4. Put in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat, then change to medium heat and steam for about 40 minutes

  6. Put it into a can (boil it in water for 30 minutes in advance and control the moisture). If you want to keep it until autumn and winter, leave it in the can for 20 minutes to cool down and then put it in the refrigerator
