Wash and dry chestnuts

Make a long cut with scissors. Or score with a sharp knife. (I’m used to scissors so I’m not that tired)

Put the corn oil into the chestnuts and shake the baking sheet so that each chestnut is evenly coated with oil. Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes

Dissolve the sugar with a little water and brush the chestnuts with a brush. Or be lazy, pour it directly into the baking pan, shake it, and evenly coat the chestnuts (there must be less water) and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes.
