Pour a little oil into the pot and stir-fry the lard residue over low heat.

Pour in the garlic.

Pour in the greens.

Stir fry over high heat.

Add a little salt and stir fry.

Pour a few drops of light soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Remove from the pan.

Eat while hot.
