Ingredients: leftover steamed buns, sugar

Cut the steamed buns into thick slices first, then cut them into 1 cm square strips

Put oil in the pot, the oil temperature is 60-70% hot, put in the cut steamed buns and fry them

Fry until golden and crispy, remove and control oil and set aside.

Put the sugar in another pot and add a little water to boil the sugar.
