  5. Use your hands to form a ball without over-kneading.

  6. Divide the ingredients into about 8 grams each, roll into a round ball, heat the middle layer to 175 degrees and lower the heat to 160 degrees, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes (the surface of some finished products will be slightly cracked, but it will not affect the taste).
