My stir-fry is lighter. If you like it spicy, you can add chili pepper

Cut the lean meat into thin strips, and cut the fat meat into thin strips

I cut wild rice with a hob, (you can cut it into small slices and shreds)

Stir-fry the meat until cooked

Then add wild rice

When the frying is almost done, add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for a while

After simmering for a while, add some salt and garlic (friends who like chili can add chili)

When the water dries up, just put the pot into the pot and it’s ready to eat
