Cut the toast diagonally with a cross-cut knife

Turn the cutting board over onto a baking sheet, brush the other side with butter, sprinkle with sugar, and preheat the oven

Put it into the middle rack of the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes, and bake until the surface is golden brown. Keep an eye on it
