Cranberry Nut Nougat

Ingredients: nuts, dried cranberries, butter.

Whole milk powder, marshmallows.

Dried cranberries, chopped and set aside.

Heat a non-stick pan, add a handful of nuts and stir-fry.

Use the remaining heat from the nuts to melt the butter.

Add marshmallows. Stir fry over low heat.

Remember to keep the heat low, stir-fry a few more times and you will see the marshmallows begin to melt.

Add a few spoonfuls of milk powder. Continue to stir-fry.

After the marshmallows and milk powder have melted, turn off the heat, quickly pour in the dried cranberries and nuts, and mix well using the remaining heat.

Pour the mixed nougat into the mold plate and flatten it into shape with a rolling pin. It can be placed outdoors in winter, but in summer, it should be placed in the refrigerator for an hour or two until it freezes hard.

After an hour or two, cut the formed nougat into your preferred length.
