Prepare dumpling fillings

Take an appropriate amount of filling and put it on the dumpling wrapper, not too full! Use bamboo slices to press it down to prevent the filling from spreading outside! (Especially the vegetarian dumplings)

The thumb and index finger move up to hold the dumpling wrapper, while the middle finger and ring finger stay still to support the dumpling.

Pay attention to the two sides of the leather being aligned, and pinch them gently!

Critical moment! Bend the index finger of your right hand at about 90 degrees, and hold the dumpling between your thumb and index finger. The right end of the dumpling must be placed between the thumb and index finger. The dumpling wrapper should not leak out (otherwise the wrapped dumpling wrapper will be too wide). The thumb of your right hand should not exceed the line in the middle of the index finger. The dumplings at this moment are also divided equally!

Press the skin on the left side along your index finger

Make the same gestures with your left hand and right hand, and then use both thumbs to exert a little force. Look at the picture, the thumbs change from flat to arched when exerting force!
