Material preparation: sugar, milk, a bag of pudding powder (I used vanilla flavor, about 20 grams per bag).

Pour 500ml of milk into the pot, heat over medium-low heat without boiling, add 35g of sugar, about three tablespoons. Stir evenly and turn off the heat or turn on a low heat.
