  1. First break open the fresh honeycomb and carefully pour out the bee pupae

  2. Blanch the bee pupae in boiling water, rinse twice and drain. Wait until the oil in the pot is 70% hot. Deep-fry the bee pupae over low heat until browned. Then remove and drain the oil. Sprinkle with salt and serve
