Overview
When I go back to my hometown during the New Year, I use my mother-in-law’s lard to cook everything, and it tastes particularly delicious. My mother-in-law said that she would go back to Guangzhou to buy lard and cook it herself. It was healthy and delicious. If you eat too much peanut oil, it would be tasteless. It couldn’t be simpler. On the first day after returning to Guangzhou, I immediately went to the vegetable market and bought lard noodles. This is really my first time cooking lard! Lard is also called meat oil and large oil. Sweet in taste and cool in nature. Extracted from pork, it is a slightly yellow translucent liquid edible oil that solidifies at low room temperature into a white solid grease. Dishes fried with lard are more delicious.

Clean the lard board you bought!

Cut into small pieces and control drippings!

Start boiling lard in a hot pot over medium-low heat!

Use medium to low heat for the first 5 minutes, the oil will come out quickly!
