Two pieces of tamagoyaki tofu, half a stick of ham sausage, and an appropriate amount of peas.

First cut along the dotted line on the tofu packaging.

Pick up the top of the bag, gently pour out the tofu, and cut into three small pieces.

Cut both pieces and place them as close together as possible in the middle of the plate.

Put the peas into the pot and blanch them in water. Remove them.

Then put it in cold water, cool it, drain it, and cut the ham sausage into small cubes and set aside.

Put the tofu in the pot, cover with plastic wrap, and steam over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

Take out the steamed tofu and add diced ham and peas.

Return to the pot, add a small amount of water to boil, add an appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, chicken essence, then add a small amount of water starch and stir evenly.
