Yellow peach cake
Overview
I've been a little busy recently, so I took a lot of step-by-step pictures but couldn't find time to edit the recipe. There are too many pictures on my phone and it always crashes. Every time it crashes, I'm afraid that the pictures will be deleted. (ŐдŐ๑) If I don't take the time to finish it, I'm really worried that my phone will be full that day!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the pulp from the yellow peach and chop it into pieces with a knife.
-
First mix the tapioca flour and cornstarch evenly, then stir it into the yellow peach flesh little by little with a spoon. Remember not to add water. Once stirred, a lot of water will come out of the pulp.
-
When stirring, boil a kettle of water, wait until the powder and pulp are completely mixed into a slurry, then use a spoon to add boiling water into the slurry one by one. Remember to add boiling water with one hand and stir the slurry at the same time with the other hand. Don't pause to scald the slurry.
-
The slurry after mixing evenly will not clump and can still flow.
-
Grease the steaming tray with cooking oil and place it in a steamer to steam until hot.
-
When the water in the steamer is boiling, pour in 80% of the flour paste, spread it flat, cover it and start steaming.
-
Keep steaming over high heat for 20 minutes. The steamed yellow peach cake will be reddish in color. If you insert a chopstick into the cake, it is done.
-
Yellow peach cake is delicious hot or cold. This picture was taken after it was cooled. After cooling, the color becomes more yellow and beautiful.
