Cranberry Peanut Nougat-Marshmallow Version
Overview
I have made several flavors of nougat this year. This one is based on the original flavor and adds a little cranberry. It has a little sour and sweet taste of cranberry when you eat it. It is my favorite flavor~ Ingredients: 180g peanuts, 60g cranberries, 240g marshmallows, 160g milk powder, 45g butter

Pour the peanut kernels into the baking pan, place in the middle rack of the oven, and bake at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes

Let cool slightly after taking out the oven, then rub off the peanut skin and set aside

Weigh the required amount of peanuts and cranberries, mix evenly, and set aside

Weigh the required amount of marshmallows and cut them in half, set aside

Pour required butter into a non-stick pan

Heat over low heat until butter melts

Pour in the marshmallows and continue to heat over low heat, stirring while heating

Cook until the marshmallows are completely melted and fully blended with the butter, then turn off the heat

Pour in milk powder

Stir quickly and evenly

Pour in the mixed peanuts and cranberries

Stir to mix until roughly uniform

Pour the sugar base onto the silicone mat and knead thoroughly

Then put it into a non-stick baking pan and press the surface flat

Let it take shape and then pour it out

Just cut it into suitable size, or you can wrap it in sugar paper and store it as you like
